Dialing Tips
- Track your dial sessions using the Dial Tracker and send this to your manager after each dial session.
- Print your leads. Do not try and use an online CRM. Top producers always print their leads as soon as they are purchased.
- Set appointments for same day and next day. If you set more than 1 day out, your no show rate will be higher.
- Triple dial each number on the lead sheet.
- The purpose of the phone call to a lead is to set an appointment.
