If you do not have your insurance license yet, you should complete all of the items listed below, but do not submit the Contracting Packet until you have received your insurance license.
Complete the 4 TASKS below to have your Contracting documents submitted to the carriers, full access to the Equis Agent Dashboard, and access to the Equis Lead System.

- Copy of your insurance license
- Copy of your drivers license
- Voided check
- REG-ED Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certificate.
- Equis Financial REQUIRES Anti Money Laundering. We must have the RegEd AML only, no other AML will be accepted even if obtained recently. This is a free course for you, to get this deal you MUST use this link.

- Errors & Omissions Insurance (E&O)
- This insurance helps to protect against claims arising from the sale and servicing of insurance products. E&O is not required to contract with most of our carriers but is highly recommended.
- We recommend using the NAPA, National Association of Professional Agents. You can access their information HERE and clicking on the Life & Health Agent E&O button.
- Reminder: For any of the annuity carriers your E&O also needs additional coverage for fixed/indexed annuities.
3. > After completion, email all documents in PDF format to your Hiring Manager.

- > Please keep all pages of the contracting packet in their original order (Pages 1-10) Then add the 5 supporting documents to front or back of the contracting packet when sending to your manager.
- > It must be ONE PDF document. Do not send individual PDF pages or multiple attachments.
- > If done correctly you will be emailing a 13+ page PDF document to your manager.
- > Surancebay is the online system we use to transmit your contracting info to each carrier.
- >You will receive several emails from Nick Theodore as an invitation to contract with our carriers and answer carrier specific questions for background purposes.

- > After your Contracting Packet is APPROVED, you will receive a emails through Surancebay to confirm each carrier contract. You must open and confirm each email
COMMON QUESTIONS WHEN COMPLETING YOUR SURANCEBAY EMAILS
- Commissions should be paid DAILY.
- You should be paid ADVANCED commissions (not AS EARNED)
- Who orders paramedical exams? "Agent"
- Who is my beneficiary: This is required so that if you die before commissions are paid, the commissions will be paid to your beneficiary. Enter your Spouse or another family member.
- Are you submitting new business or a new application? "NO"
- Name of Primary Final Expense Carrier? "CFG"
- How much business do you plan on submitting? $25,000 to $200,000 (you decide!)
- Will you be selling LTC (long-term care) Rider? "NO"
